Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded, except for the remittance fee. Cancellations made within 14 days will be charged as follows.
・14 days to 8 days prior to the check-in date: 20% of the accommodation fee
・7 days to 4 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the accommodation fee
・3 days to 1 day prior to the check-in date: 80% of the accommodation fee
・100% of the room charge on the day of the stay
